CasualObserver 3,406 #3 Posted February 24, 2010 Well... there's these.... http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=15261 and there's this... http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=1315 and there were pedal tractors.... http://www.wheelhorseforum.com/index.php?showtopic=12842 There's also the occasional "custom made" collectible, that isn't an official Wheel Horse toy. (Ertl Snapper L&G tractor with home made Wheel Horse decals and resold on ebay) Bill Pearson was also trying to get an 854 model toy sanctioned, but I haven't heard anything on that in like 2 years. mavfreak 11 #4 Posted February 24, 2010 I looked on ebay other day and nothing came up. I have two nefews and they love my tractor and was kinda hopping to find a toy one for them. plus I wouldn't mind find one or two for me thanks I'll go search again and see what I come up with
CasualObserver 3,406 #5 Posted February 24, 2010 The little Charger tractor model kit was reproduced and had some additional attachments added. As far as I know you can still get them here. http://www.seltd.net/SP001cp.html I also forgot... there are a few different dealer sponsored Wheel Horse trucks, and one silver Wheel Horse semi. The silver semi trucks are on ebay every now and then, but they usually bring a pretty good price. Here's a borrowed picture from Rollerman (thanks Stephen)
GlenPettit 1,714 #6 Posted February 26, 2010 No. The big companies (ERTL & Action) did not make a die cast Wheel Horse Garden Tractor (nor of a Sears Craftsman), looks like most all other Garden Tractors were made, in most models. There are a lot of 'Snapper/Wheel Horse with replaced decals, 1:12 (#7)' out there, and then the Indy-Charger plastic one. There is also a small plastic 1:24 Wheel Horse tractor kit, plus a plow & a trailer still available at: "Scale Equipment Ltd" ( www.seltd.net ), for about $20. I have about two dozen Garden Tractors 1:16 scale (1" equals 16" ratio), plus a few others, found all these on eBay, usually about $
