Sparky-(Admin) 26,299 #10 Posted 3 hours ago Huge crowd! Perfect weather (no rain, wind or humidity). Only casualty was my son Brads Magnum 8 let go and his day was over. Well actually he just transferred his butt over to one of my rigs . Currently his Mag8 has zero compression. No hole thru the block though. That’ll be a winter project. Bought nothing other than a 6 gallon fuel jug with the old school nozzle that actually pours. Best part was just hanging with the WH crew. @wallfish @Retired Wrencher @VinsRJ @Handy Don @Chris T @grnlark @whtractors24 and a few others that aren’t membsrs here (bizarrre right!)
Sparky-(Admin) 26,299 #11 Posted 3 hours ago The last few years there has been this round hood WH “sliced in two” sitting in a huge shed. It has finally been displayed the way it should be! 1

No idea, was maybe half throttle at the time. No horseplay was involved We’ll pull the head, see what’s not connected. Maybe the cam busted??

Handy Don 17,459 #15 Posted 2 hours ago (edited) Lots of new machinery in the “museum” area. This Make and Break engine had a waterfall cooling system (kinda like rooftop chillers) instead of the more common simple water jacket. I’ve never seen this before on engines of this era. Temp gauge showed the heated water was at around 100º F. Edited 2 hours ago by Handy Don
