Cast Iron Mule Pulley Bearings

Recommended Posts

Trying to find new bearings for these pulleys.  The V pulley had a 6203-12 bearing in it, but it was loose and had been shimmed in a failed attempt to make it work.   What bearings do I need?  Thanks

I believe the 2 pulleys use 2 different bearings. One of which is the 6203-12. I can find out the number for sure when I can get out to the shop

@Bill D One bearing is a 1630-2RS .75 X 1.625 x .5"

Other bearing is 6203-12 is  .75 x 1.57 x .47"

Both of my sheeves used the same bearing, if your sheeve bearing fit was shimmed best to get replacements.

Got the 6203-12 bearings on ebay

I have a couple of mules here with the cast pullies and they are the same as Squonk's with a 1630 and a 6203-12.

I have 2 mules here as well. The 1630 fits into the V pulley and the 6203 fits into the flat pulley.
