Engine Related Parts & Kits | Case Ingersoll Tractors Northeast | Connecticut I have used these guys, but I just bought one they had that was ready to bolt on but have my old one that I'm going to send them in the future that it replaced. I did have to drill and tap "new" manifold for the vacuum gauge fitting no biggy though.

If you can use a drill, it isn't a difficult job.  Information

that is certainly an option. The one they sent me was A1 looking and was sprayed with Sumin after being sealed that actually seals the manifold also. my old one fell apart in 2 pieces when I took the carb off :D so I was pretty sure that was what was causing the surging problem it was having :handgestures-thumbupright:.

Never saw one that bad, maybe a PO knackered it.  I have resealed a number of them and there was only a hint of a problem.

Resealed my intake with Motoseal.  Bolted back together with 6-32 screws and locknuts.

Still have the old manifold?  Send it to me and I'll seal it up for you.

I might just take you up on that @Bill D. I have another 520H that is waiting in the wings that I need to go through all the mechanicals and get up to snuff but I have been super busy lately.

Getting it apart without breaking anything is half the battle.  I'm curious why it fell apart so easily.

Yes, I was very surprised when it just came apart in my hands:unsure:, all I done was barely peck the manifold getting carb to break free from it.
