just did a typical  central  A/C  look over  , been using   A/C SAFE   FOAMING CLEANER  , ON IN  ALL  MY  CONDENSATION  DROP OFF  AREAS ,  TERRIFIC  CLEANING  / FLUSHING  DUMP ,  CONDENSATION  DROP  OFF IS AMAZING ,  also  using  PAN TREAT  , in  pump out  set up , really  working on discharge to  yard corner street drain . just regular  maint for me , always have  filters  and any related on hand . stayin cool , pete

@ebinmaine  @MainelyWheelhorse  , again for me  , stay after  ANYTHING  THAT HAS,  / MIGHT CAUSE AN ISSUE ?   zero in on it  to minimise  anything  related to it , note pad on  housing , dates , issues , those pan treat  discs , in  the length of the  condensation  rail , makes that , AND RELATED  , discharge water  flow with  total ease . have also  changed  related screwdriver  to hex head 6 pt  screws , 1/4 "  socket / ratchet , added small , tie wrap  to existing holes ? keeps them snug. will not put up with a  repetitive  issue .  installed this  30 years ago  , down in cellar  ?  assure  / make service easy , size of  small closet  , next to sump pit . regularly see an opportunity , to enhance anything . ceiling fans  every room , ADJUST TO YOUR OWN ISSUES . make it easier  . pete
