pfrederi 20,956 #1 Posted June 18 (edited) My friends badly worn RM 366 deck on his 856 is eating drive belts for the deck. One issue is the idler pulley sits at an angle because the hole in the end of the idler arm is wallowed out. (part# 6636 item 47) I had an extra but it is worn also. Any ideas on how to fix it. kpinnc 18,778 #2 Posted June 18 (edited) TSC has sleeve adapters for 3 point systems ranging from CAT 0-3, in thin and thick wall sizes. Also, you can search Amazon for 3/4 ID steel bushings, but both options require cut and re- welding to repair. Just a thought. I’ve about had it with machines that wear out hard to replace parts after a measly 60 years or so! What is this world coming too? I”m actually looking at the same issue and at last year’s Big Show I bought an extra mid hitch for the 854 with a less worn idler pivot/arm. 1 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites

squonk 47,509 #9 Posted 1 hour ago (edited) I was having a similar issue. Found a thin wall bushing that fit the pin nicely. Bored out the arm to 9/16" and it's a nice tight fit.
