With some drooling to boot ... Took a little drive to the driftless area today to see Kurt @608KEB. It's a large area in south western Wisconsin that was left unscated by the ice age and sure is beautiful country. He sure is lucky to live there. Valleys and hills galore much like eastern PA. I used to ride there a lot, very nice roads and scenery that won't quit. There's a tavern there that has the best Sunday chicken dinner ... maybe we do a chicken run sometime Kurt you get out the Fat Boy!. 

Anyway I digress ... picked up a nice set of implements for a price I care not to mention...  Sorry @Dan 312-8 ... 

Bonus I got to look see over the rest of his fine fine harem and he let me take pics... ... Enjoy. 

 

Now it's no big secret I am not a huge LSE fan @c-series don or any tractor I can't run a furrow with or stick in the dirt in any fashion but I may have to make an offer he can refuse on this one. He's had it posted here before but fer sure worth a second look. 

 

All his horses are in very very well kept shape.

Wow @WHX?? @608KEB those are some mighty fine looking Wheel Horses! Everything nice and clean, my kinda guy!!! Is that LSE really for sale? Not that I could buy it, as that would definitely land me in divorce court! How many hours are on it? Too little to be stickin it in the dirt Jim! I’d like to see some pictures of that area of the country too! 
Also, please remove those items from the seat😂on the LSE

Just caught that Don ... I think they were repair kits for minor repairs on seats ... Looking what he had for original seats i have no qualms...

Hey WHX, nice post! It's going to take some time, but I'm gonna start putting together a C series with hydraulic lift. I have a nice running 12 h.p. Kohler  301.  But if I can find a decent 16 h.p. I'm gonna go with that. Enjoy the implements!

In 2022, I drove 1050 mile round trip for a ’97 520 with sub 350 hours.

@WHX?? absolutely it’s worth what he’s asking . Distance way out there sometimes makes it tough with diesel near $6 a gallon . He sure does have a clean , well maintained collection.

Bet you would get more than your asking at the BS.  I already have more than a full load and so the only way it would go is ala Pullstart method.  It's gonna be tough getting five tractors  and all the stuff to sell in a 14' enclosed as it is.

While I absolutely agree with you, this seems to be the going rate for such things IF they show up down here in NC. 

 

There are a few tractors that sit on CL for months because the seller thinks they have platinum lined gear I guess. $2500 for a 308-8 recently was one that comes to mind. It was a nice little tractor, but new I wouldn't pay that for it.
