CasaytheMann 146 #2 Posted 17 hours ago What's that string hanging out of the back of his battery circular saw?!?!
Handy Don 16,617 #3 Posted 16 hours ago Wow. It’s been years since I’ve done something like this. No blade protector on the saw. No eye, dust, or ear protection when cutting a hazardous material. Dubius support of the workpiece. Ripping without a guide fence. Possibly incorrect blade?

ri702bill 12,114 #5 Posted 16 hours ago The lower end of the hand railing has no raised stop to help to keep a grip if falling. The width of the railing is excessive - difficult to grip. Looks like the door swings out - the landing is insufficiently short - does not prevent having to do a two step upon entry.

Beap52 2,267 #8 Posted 15 hours ago May be optical illusion, but it looks to me like the bottom and top risers are taller than the middle step.
adsm08 4,483 #9 Posted 14 hours ago As an individual who still has all his proper body parts, I see nothing wrong here. 1 1
My_horse 120 #10 Posted 13 hours ago The only thing I see wrong is that saw with no guard. That thing belongs in the trash. personally, I wouldn’t be cutting, bending over like that. That’s what saw horses are for. I’ve never used eye or ear protection when cutting wood. Been doing carpentry for 30 years.

I made the saw able to back cut 15 degrees, for a flush cut against a wall. I don’t use it often, unless it’s for a purpose.

That’s the dedicated “cuttin through shingles” saw. 😎 Edited 12 hours ago by My_horse
