Wow. It’s been years since I’ve done something like this.

No blade protector on the saw. No eye, dust, or ear protection when cutting a hazardous material. Dubius support of the workpiece. Ripping without a guide fence. Possibly incorrect blade?

The lower end of the hand railing has no raised stop to help to keep a grip if falling. The width of the railing is excessive - difficult to grip.

Looks like the door swings out - the landing is insufficiently short - does not prevent having to do a two step upon entry.

May be optical illusion, but it looks to me like the bottom and top risers are taller than the middle step.
