kpinnc 17,641 #1 Posted yesterday at 01:09 AM Just joking of course. I'd love to be up there with them. Not sure I'd do touch and goes in random fields they way they do, but fun to watch. I was running my compressor and didn't hear them in time to get great pics, but this is my back yard. 7 3

JCM 11,022 #3 Posted yesterday at 02:14 AM One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday or Sunday morning was to fire up the Dual Sport bike and head over to Sky Dive New England to watch the action. @kpinnc

I agree in principle but jumping outta perfectly good flying machines was never on my list. 8 hours ago, JCM said: One of my favorite things to do on a Saturday or Sunday morning was to fire up the Dual Sport bike and head over to Sky Dive New England to watch the action. @kpinnc Jimbo. You run down to my mom's place and set right on the front porch. The Orange Airport 🛫 is right down the road. One of the busiest Jump towns around. We can watch the planes and parachutes right there too.

Perfectly good just means not on fire, functioning on it's own power and right side up. But yeah, I agree with you. 1

Handy Don 16,144 #10 Posted 1 hour ago After a bunch of hours learning to fly a sailplane, I realized the hobby was incompatible with my responsibilities and commitments. Still, treading a fine line between lift and gravity was exhilarating and made me pay close attention to what I was doing!
