Recently installed the 48'' dozer blade for Winter plowing as needed. After when finished all connections I used this lubricant to top off the install. This blade has not seen service for a while and the channel and sector needed a good lube as did the release pin for the blade angle. These Chesterton Products are great. Had a connection to them in 1984-86 when I worked in a chemical plant . They still dispense after all these years. Thinking of you Pete.     @peter lena

They have the best teflon pipe dope ever made in my opinion along with there gold end teflon tape among many other products.

@JCM  thanks for the shout !   not  familiar  with that one  , experiment , does it stand up ? creep as stated  ?  always trying something , like to stay after  chains / related , just a basic for me , just got in,battery tender plug in  was finally removing  ice cap on driveway , my  sun angle is  at it  is weak in winter , just when you need it  most  . always do a  once over after any use , fuel top off , stabil , oil check  trans check , anything need a  look ? battery tender plug in , light  bulb reflector  , under engine , been using MACS chain / cable , napa , with good adhesive results , also  really stays with my  plow quadrant  , movement set up , very smooth / easy  lever squeeze , blade swing is effortless . regularly refer to related movement  ease , that says it all about  , my  attention to  detail , just something   i,ve always done . used chesterton at pfizer  , worked there  for 30 years , retired for 20 , basically , if it creeps , thats what you want  , pete
