Ed Kennell 44,761 #1 Posted Saturday at 11:30 PM Today we processed the lesser quality parts that were left from around 20 deer that we harvested this year. These bones are frozen until deer season is over then the bones are boiled and the meat is separated and ground for scrapple. The raw meat is ground for bologna. We made around 200lb each of scrapple and bologna.
