Those do tend to scuff up a sealed asphalt driveway... How about fluid filled front tires & front wheel weights instead as an alternative?

Not the  bike chain, but I have these 2 links on my 520H.

 

 

Also noticed the rear weights are actually 75 pounders.

Been using them for several years only fell off twice...let the tire get too soft.

I've got double #50 on mine. I had it on hand. 520H with a 2 stage blower.

Not as aggressive as chains, but I get along pretty well with tri-ribs and front weights on blacktop.
