Joker72 72 #1 Posted Sunday at 08:27 PM (edited) I was plowing with my C-160 (relatively new to me) and it was performing like a champ. I parked it after a second go round at the snow and took a nap. Woke up went out to do a little more and it would not lift and then I noticed it would not roll either. The fluid looks perfect in the hydro. Hoping someone has an "ah haa!" quick fix. My toys broken. Thanks! Edited Sunday at 08:28 PM by Joker72

Ed Kennell 44,314 #5 Posted Sunday at 09:04 PM (edited) Belt tensioning spring broke. Roll pin on left side of the clutch cross shaft. Input pulley key. Edited Sunday at 09:06 PM by Ed Kennell
Joker72 72 #6 Posted Sunday at 09:08 PM (edited) The push valve is not moving without soaking in PB blaster. I don't see any exposed pullys or belts to tell if it's turning. Did fully engage the lever again just for certainty. Thanks! Edited Sunday at 09:08 PM by Joker72
Joker72 72 #7 Posted Sunday at 09:10 PM @Ed Kennell Where would I find the belt tensioning spring?

Ed Kennell 44,314 #9 Posted Sunday at 09:15 PM First, like Paul said, with the engine running and the Hydro engaged, look for the transmission pulley behind the front of the rear right tire. It should be turning. 1
