I don’t see a regulator on the parts tractor? Would it be unregulated?

Likely unregulated 3 amp charging system with separate A/C line for the lights.  You may want to swap the charging stator.

Comparing the two wiring diagrams I’m trying to figure out what would need to be changed. Ignition switch is the same, coil is the same, solenoid is different not sure if that matters, original K341 harness has rectifier K301 does not. Don’t really care about original lights, I have leds wired to a switch.

If you are using LED lights. the 3 amp unregulated system should work for you (unless you have a lot of lights and use them all the time)

Could I convert it to a 15 amp system? Just swap stator and add a rectifier?

Note that the lighting circuit shown in the first schematic is un-rectified. Incandescent lights work continuously on AC but LEDs connected to AC will flicker!

As @pfrederi notes, unless you’re planning a Disney Light Parade, capacity on the 3 amp DC battery-charging circuit in the second schematic will be plenty.

@Krice58   whats the cable issue ?  regularly see cabling  , that barely moves  , and is also  rusty / scratching  , years ago  faced similar  issues , was looking for a third arm to  help me out  on cable assist  , to show me the issue ?  since doing this , all related lubricated , areas , move with ease , basically  attach a  small piece of  PREFORATED  METAL . near the go to end point area , attach that to a handy related spot , after  super lubing  the entire cable , linkage / lever set up , add a medium pull spring  to the holed addition , attach that to the , end of cable holed mount area . so that it pulls the cable against tour  setting ?  not overpowering  but a  lubricated , spring assist . have them on 3 horses , always work , experiment  with  a  similar  spring pull assist , thats what  I came to , TRY IT  ON ANYTHING THATS  STIFF TO MOVE , EXPERIMENT . that spring  will always assist  spring slide , pete
