formariz 12,280 #1 Posted 20 hours ago I use three devices to go on Red Square. My PC , iPad and my iPhone. 90% of time I use the phone. Unless one signs out they stayed logged on all the time. However now the phone logs off the site immediately if I go into something else having to log in again and again . Real annoying since site is littered with adds that keep actively covering the log in part. I am not a total idiot with these things but I am stumped with this. Any ideas? Pullstart 68,324 #2 Posted 20 hours ago This happened to me for a while as well. I even made a separate account for my phone, just to get away from that. I got a new iPhone 14 Pro (same as before) and the issue went away. I can’t help, but have experienced it. also, my phone and iPad both have the same Apple ID, like my old phone and iPad. MainelyWheelhorse 2,111 #3 Posted 20 hours ago @formariz I have a 16” MacBook Pro, a iPad Pro and a iPhone SE all relatively recent, that I use for the site sine I found it in 2021. I’ve never had an issue with login so far unless I cleaned out cookies. Possibly a browser security level issue?
Handy Don 14,760 #4 Posted 20 hours ago (edited) I use only Private Browsing on my iPhone and iPad so login is always lost whenever I close the window or “swipe” the app to quit it. On my MacBook, I leave the app and window open in regular browsing and login persists until bi-weekly “clear all history." I do use LastPass across all three devices to manage my 00’s of login credentials and that saves typing and memory (Important: use an extremely strong Master Password). It is one of several good password managers and pre-existed Apple’s now more robust Passwords app. (And yes, I’m very aware of the 2022 LastPass data breach and its ramifications.) Since everything else I have to log in is really an app but RedSquare is not that may be it. I am going to try it without the Private Browsing.

rmaynard 16,609 #7 Posted 15 hours ago Another reason to dump iPhone in favor of Android. Unless I manually log out (and who would want to?), I'm always logged in. Waiting patiently for the Android haters.
