Welcome to RedSquare.  Wheelhorsepartsandmore is a family run business, and I am sure that issues arise, as it’s just part of any business.  If you are running into difficulties, reach out to them via their email, Lowell and his family have been extremely responsive to ensure any blips in the process get fixed.

I have had several dealings with Wheelhorsepartsandmore and have been very happy with their products and service. Sometimes the suppliers they obtain parts from will be backordered but if you give them a call they will bring you up to date on your order. They are good people and an important part of our hobby.

Occasional slow shipping is the worst issue I've ever had, and like @953 nut said its not always in their control as they deal with multiple other suppliers to obtain their parts.

I just bought a key switch from them about two weeks ago. Little slow in shipping, but that’s about it. I was glad I got it because I need that switch with the old 1057 start Gen tractor. So I would say no complaints here.

If you want a good laugh sometime follow the USPS tracking for a package and see the incredibly convoluted route it sometimes takes.  Slow shipping is often not the vendors fault.

A couple years ago our local post office closed its “mail addressed to this zip code only” mail box which had been sorted for delivery locally--usually with next day delivery. Now everything goes 30 miles away to be “sorted” and then comes back. Minimum two days and often three days for delivery.

Don't get me started on this crap.

When I live in Northumberland I had a package that was mis-delivered to a similar address in Sunbury. When the mistake was discovered they recovered the package, but I was not able to drive across the river, provide ID and pick it up. No, I had to wait for it to get sorted there, sent back to Harrisburg, get sorted there, then get sent back to Norry, get sorted there, then delivered. Took an extra week.

It was also common for me to be able to watch the tracking on Sped-Ex shipments, particularly ones coming from NYC or northern NJ pass my house, often within a mile, multiple times. They'd do to Danville or Harrisburg, along 15, then to Muncy, then out for delivery, which meant sometimes the truck between depots would drive past my house, on my road, with my package, just to go to a different city to be put on a different truck, to come right back.
