It was actually quite slippery when dry! I just wanted to shed water and I had this. It’s probably not ideal but it does currently work. 2
rjg854 12,930 #127 Posted October 10, 2025 As long as it's doing what you want it to do, that's the important thing. Are planning on shingles? I don't see why you couldn't leave it for that purpose too.

Pullstart 69,604 #131 Posted October 11, 2025 The construction is pretty much wrapped up. Time for making it weather proof! 3
Pullstart 69,604 #132 Posted Sunday at 11:37 PM Yep, I’m still grinding away on this. I have 34 or so days until Jada’s graduation party. Most every piece needs to be cut to length and trimmed somehow to fit. It’s time consuming, so I am using whatever dry weather I have to get it done. 5

Pullstart 69,604 #137 Posted 7 hours ago There’s lots of work today to get 70 square foot of steel mounted up! Back window and door openings are cut out, window is in and I need to trim and seal it up. Back sliding door track is installed and trimmed as well. 6

Most of it is all long, I think I have used 3 pieces at length.
