953 nut 59,931 #4 Posted Thursday at 12:13 AM Both of my parents worked outside the home so until I went to Kindergarten I spent week days with my grandmother. When I moved to Florida my grandparents had already become year round Floridians so I would visit then every other weekend and do whatever chores needed to be done. peter lena 9,263 #5 Posted Thursday at 12:28 PM @953 nut learned a lot from my grandparents , especially the caring insight into problem area , and of course the back and forth exchange on a problem spot . very close to my grand kids , once you develop a back and forth , exchange on an issue , you are on the way , also add a hug to our meetings , was recently talking to my grandson , in the marines , crew chief on a C130,J was giving me some insight into going to collage after the corps , a couple of years out . he will do very well , proud grampa , pete 2 Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
