I’m excited about it, and it was purchased all with profits from one shop job last week.  :D

Nice trailer. Nice mirrors. Same one's on my 2013 2500 HD. Real nice when they are in the extended position. Also heated.

@JCM these ones are all manual mirrors, but they work great in or out!

Eighteen. That's a quick calculation as to how many tractors Kevin WILL fit on it in one haul....:ROTF:

I was shopping for tires, thinking “What are the axles rated for?  What should that trailer capacity be?  8 seems plenty.  More than that, and I have too much to worry about.  Maybe 9. Room for that extra on top.”

Also, you should see how Lincoln at A-Z tractor hauls parts rigs into the Big Show!  They are piggybacked 3 high I think!

Reminds me of the Pink Floyd (?) album cover with the 2 old cab & chassis trucks called "Pump"

My wife & I were at the Mall, walked by the Record Store - that album was in the front window.

She asked me "Ya think we should throw a pan of cold water on them??"

And we now know these ramps are too wide for a standard garden tractor.  We got work to do!

So... how'd it handle that massive load? Track ok at speed? Wheel bearings hold up? :confusion-confused:

"First haul on the new trailer " I would have expected 15-20 :wh:'s... with associated parts etc...

It actually did amazing.  We backed a truck tailgate up to it, unloaded said tractor, then wheeled it off into the shop

I went through the bearings, wheel seals and tires the other day.  Things looked pretty good!

I changed up the ramps situation the other day.  I figure I’ll never be hauling Norman’s tractor deck AND the flat bed at the same time, so I can borrow the ramps.

Norman’s deck for reference… if you don’t know what I’m talking about.  Link to the deck build here.

Nice job and good thinking on using Norman's ramps.

:twocents-02cents:            When you get old enough that working smarter rather than herder you can add an electric winch to safely pull the tractors up the ramp and allow them to be lowered too.

I’m going to keep my eyes out for the perfect cheap pop up camper. To toss up on the upper deck sideways.  When that happens, there will be an adequate battery bank, winch, and power inverter to run a little a/c system inside as well.  Either way, this is much nicer than Norman’s deck height when loading off the ground.  That’s near impossible.
