So far I found 1 set that's 54 inches long. The circumference of the tires are 81". The width is 6 inches.

How wide are the tires Chuck?     Here are some pics of some of my new sets.

I have two pair of each of these.

8 link for 7-8" wide tire

My tires are 6 inches wide Ed. I put a string around the tread and measured the string and got 81 inches circumference around the tires.

@cafoose it may be worth while to load your tires too.  I have found on the sickle machine, I have no weights on the right side, but double stacked weights on the left.

Real nice 2 piece seat.  It’s not perfect, but a great survivor!

@Ed Kennell Any suggestions on what type and where I can get tire chain repair tools? I found a few sets of 2 link chains here I got from the Big Show. They are all too sort so I need to extend them and then I believe they will work.:banana-wrench: I think I got a box of tire chain parts from you Ed when I got the 953. I just need to locate them

I saw that you stole the picture you posted from :techie-ebay: Ed   I just bought the same ones from a guy in Hanover. I also got this to extend my chains so I think I'll be set :banana-wrench:

Yeah, I was too lazy to walk downstairs to take a pic of mine.    I also have an 18" long handled set, but the small set works fine.

Course I get mine at the auction for a buck.

Those coupling links work well.    I make the inside chain the exact length and use one of the coupling links to make the connection.   Then make the outside chain a couple links longer and use the cam tightener on the outside.
