adsm08 3,650 #54 Posted October 21 You butcher too quick Ed. Gotta stick 'em in a fridge quartered and just above freezing for a week before cutting it off the bone. We still haven't gotten anything this year. This week isn't going to be real great for hunting time, but Thursday we are going to to advantage of the Jr/Sr special firearms season. There was a spike in the parking lot when I left today, I acted like I didn't even know he was there and was able to walk across the lot a couple times and get fairly close without spooking him.
