Seat assembly ready to install.

Seat pivot bracket carefully sat on exposed fender.

Because of the towels under the seat, the bracket is just barely touching the fender.

 

Seat pivot bracket bolts loosely screwed into fender.

Seat pivot bracket bolts loosely screwed into fender right side.

Seat was then centered side to side then bolts were tightened.

All bolts then torqued to 200 in-lb.

 

Seat installed.

Fender protectors ready to install with double side tape.

These protectors are just 2 inch diameter hard plastic discs that I grabbed from work years ago, I don't know what they were from.

 

Fender protectors double side tape installed.

Tape is 1" wide so two strips are required.

 

2 inch punch used to trim excess tape.

My wife came out to the shop to see what I was doing and took a couple of pictures of me on the tractor.

Of course no shoes are allowed yet, have to keep it clean.

 

My truck and her Explorer are sitting under cover waiting for spring whenever it finally gets here.

Hopefully by mid April.
