He walked up and recognized me by the tractors I brought, either that, or at the Italian restaurant the night before… can’t remember… But regardless, it was like visiting with a long time friend. Jay made us, and for that matter, everyone made us feel welcome like we were regulars.. We had chicken dumplings dinner with him and his wife whatever afternoon it was.
