In this somber day of reflection we have been blessed with our fifth grandchild. I couldn’t ask for a better day for her to arrive.

@formariz  congratulations !  cutie , the older we get , the more you appreciate them !  always look for the opportunity  to hold them , grew up in a household , where my mother took in abandoned  babies ,  NY CATHOLIC CHARITES , a week  to 10 days old , kept them for a half year , and gave them back , to get another , handing off your little brother / sister to one of the nuns , was  heart wrenching . mom did that for 27 years , 2 babies a year , thats 54  babies , still have the old black / white   3x3  photos' . never forget , Pete

My brother-in-law just had his first grandchild last week. We were talking about how old-fashioned name are making a comeback. His new granddaughter was named Adelaide Grace

All my grandchildren have Biblical names. This little one however was named after my Mother in law and my Mother.
