Might be for a Black Hood but it would help to see the other side. The bulbs will fit WH as they're standard size

Like someone broke the retaining clips and replaced it with the metal and screws to hold them :dunno:

Yes they are. Used in the blackhood series.
The metal brackets holding in the lamp is the real deal.  If you blow up the pic you can see the other style of clip in the open hood.

The set I have has the usual little spring tabs to hold the bulbs in place. I like those metal pieces better

My '84 black hood has the annoying little spring tabs but I think I could upgrade to that pretty easily. I like it

C 1x5 series. 1980 to 84 I think?

Your metal pieces are a great replacement for the tabs.

@eddiebunyan like those metal brackets , that metal to plastic set up , just steadily starts  to , break apart . good spot to do an improvement on . also used that as the end ground improve ment point for engine related ground verifacation . basically , connecting from battery ground bolt , to and needed ground area . lights . ignition , etc . do not count on painted / rusty , cooling tins to hold a ground . once I started doing that , simply added it to all my stuff . your amperage gauge will also wake up , with better grounding . simple test improvement , is an alligator clip wire from battery ground bolt to related ground test spot . only a suggestion . pete

My 312-8 had the same type lights, also Westwood GT’s, + some full size tractors used them for plow lights, I think? Single filament! 5-3/4” diameter. My Sunbeam Rapier used them as high beam lights too.

I don't have a tractor that these fit.My first question was if they were indeed wheel horse lights and second what would they be worth?
