Glad to welcome you aboard. I think that nearly all of us started as lurkers.

When you say Upstate you really mean UP! :)

I'm in the Fingerlakes right between Rochester and Syracuse.

Oh wow...you guys are Downstate! Ok, I won't poke this bees nest any further. I've seen some pretty hilarious conversations on other forums on this topic. ;)

And I’m “downstate” or “lower Hudson Valley” about 35 miles from NYC. Members here are all over!

Hilarity is many years ago having someone from NYC tell me that he was driving “upstate" to Rochester the next day for an afternoon meeting and thought it would take maybe 3 or 4 hours.

Actual distance is about 375 miles via the best route then available (NYS Thruway) with the 55 mph speed limit still being enforced. Good luck, I said.

He missed the meeting.

Sir Skunky must not be working today at his paying job.  @squonk How is the Canadian haze today?

Hazy as hazy goes. Coming in waves. First it isn't too bad then it's like a fog. We dodged a pretty big bullet last week for the show.

Hard to beat a 310 for a good, basic, all around tractor. I see some new mule drive pulleys are in order.

Yup, $49 each from a local dealer who usually stocks them but had to order.  Looking!

You can find a set on the auction site for about $65 for both. I’ve bought a couple sets there from Adam’s Small Engines. Fast shipping and great customer service.
Just search wheel horse mower deck mule drive pulley set.
