I plowed the heavy wet stuff last week. But with the warm and the rain we have only maybe 1-2 inches on the ground here. The big 2stage hasn’t even made an appearance this winter. I did upgrade my walk behind Ariens snowblower, back in November, to a newer model with a brighter headlight and heated hand grips. Haven’t used it once! biltno 32 #35 Posted January 31, 2023 I totally forgot to mention (probably because i used it once last winter) I purchased a brand new 3 stage snow blower for the walkways and retired a Yardman 5 hp. blower i bought new like 29 years ago. That's an Ariens S16H. I picked it up with a Horse that is now owned by @OldWorkHorse. Originally got it for the engine but I've decided to leave it whole because I've read online and been told in person that it's quite the working machine if it was up and running. They live in an area that is mostly a valley that has revived tons of snow. They built a barn several years ago where the windows are eight foot high on the side of the barn. The snow is six to seven or eight feet high in some areas. I have a couple photos. Homeowners regularly use big brooms with very long handles to clear snow from their roofs. My sister and her family has already removed snow several times this season. One of the pictures I am posting shows her neighbors on their roof removing snow. it’s is a real problem to find a place to put the snow!
