Awesome. Too bad it is going to have a laptop on it. Should be hung on a wall.

Richard my friend there is absolutely NO doubt about that.

She's verbally reminding me right now that she does everything and I do nothing and we've established that many times.

Except of course the occasional photo op. Like when I carry a chunk of wood across the yard after she's moved 14 cord that day.

Wow, All you need now are some “Magic 🍄”, and “Grace Slick” singing “🐇🐇”, to round off the evening!🕺🏼💃😵💫

Since you are going to use it as a table and besides being a very nice piece it obviously has a considerable amount of time invested, you may want to consider getting a piece of glass for it cut to match area and with edges polished.

Excellent idea...  it's a portable table though.

She's done drawing and darkening the desired places.

One coat of spray polyurethane on it.

The BBT spent the afternoon getting the leg mounts worked out in her head.

There are 2 support rails under the table.

She drilled 3 holes in each rail the size of a scrap flag pole which she's using as a dowel.

Then she held the rails in place to drill the holes just less than ⅜ into the top which is .68 thick.

I helped her hold the top while I showed her how to use an end mill bit to get a flat bottomed hole.

Trina did the other 5 on her own.

Glued. Clamped. Waiting.

Seriously though. Very nice piece of art.

I agree with others it should be hung on the wall.

Well folks the table has its legs on and is usable!

Trina's mulling over what/if to do for the leg color or coating.

Leave alone. Just a clear coat. Focal point of that table is art work . Adding color to legs will draw attention to them. Looks nicely balanced this way. Table is a nice craft idea. It she has other panels she should make a few for sale. I’ll take one.

And here's the newest version.

All lines are straighter. Planned out better.

Colored with sharpies.

Then brush coated with polyurethane.

@formariz

Here's what Trina built the second table into.

A tall table that could be used as a standing desk.
