identifictaion: european special or homemade?

I came across this tractor on the 2hands website. Looks a a bit like a wheel horse with the hood and badging. 

I have never seen this model. Probably homemade but nevertheless pretty cool.

The rear fender pan has also Wheel Horse on it.

 

I think it has a Lombardini diesel engine

Given the complexity of some of his builds, I have to say that was either a very early project, or not his at all! Dude built some crazy cool stuff!

Looks like vintage Foto Gutbrod with and modified WH hood. Up graded with front hubs, wheels and tires. This one did have the broke down fender both sides of the wheel.

He sure improved the looks of it. Found another that had Moto Standard. Might be Like the early MTD's with 6 different Store Brands.

Ha, he was capable, but his was a Gut Horse - or was it Horse Guts?   :D

 

I did the decals for his conversion....
