I bought my C-160 it was from the original buyer's family. They had all of the manuals, a service bulletin, dealer key fob, and even the punch card.

I noticed that the spark plug gap spec is .025". I've always set the gap at .035" on my K301s, K321 and K341. I have seen .025" before but have always disregarded it.

Am I setting my spark plug gap correctly?

Might be .025 on the K series and .035 for the Magnum. 

 

We've been using .025 on all our K.

Other way around, 0.025 for Magneto and 0.035 for battery Ignition.

Are the K341S spec 71128A and 71141A magneto?

I'm not sure what the effect of wrong gaps would be.

This chart is in the Kohler Service Manual, same gaps.
