I say this having noted that in Costa Rica I observed swales (i.e. roadside ditches) up to 3’ deep and with sides pitched 45º! Even at only 30k on the odometer, I bet that 307 already burns oil. I'd still take it though - get rid of the faulty rings that the factory installed & those 307's are not a bad engine.
