1054 with plow. I last drove this machine in 1997, also last time it ran.

I didn’t play attention and I saw the grill piece and reminded me of a 953 man I’m dumb:mellow:

Not dumb at all! I just use all the clues that are presented to me…of course the hood decal was the giveaway. If the decal was missing I would focus on the steering wheel center cap. Pretty sure the 1054 is round and the 953 has an odd shaped one of a kind center cap

1054 update......I got the K241 to free up and it's cranking over. She has weak spark though. Also the carb springs have completely deteriorated, if someone has a picture of what they should look like would be great and where I can purchase new ones.....thanks in advance!!!

Cool story, glad you got it back. Looking at the photo I would guess this is a 1954-A which was a continuation of the 1964 1054 but in 1965 larger front tires and wider turf tires at the rear were added. The Serial number should be in the range of 049XXX to 050400.

Engine Spec # for 1054A would be K241S47176 whereas the 1054 would be K241S46215A, no significant differences. The transmission for the 1054A is a 5047 which has a few internal parts that are an improvement on the 5051 found on the 953/1054.
