Back again transmission noise

I took it back apart for the 100 time need help

@Chrishar obviousely  been after every detail , just an idea , are you using a lubricant that has "  climbing  abilities " ? , not joking on that , could you possibly have a dry bearing / gear area ? are you using anything with a significant , wear pattern on it ?  do you pre lube every contact point at reassembly, like engine building lubricant ?  hope you find it , pete
