Tension pulley arm

Tension pulley arm snapped how do I remove and replace that part I'm sorry it's on a 1054any help would be greatly appreciated

I would try to braze-weld it.... then CAREFULLY chase the threads with a tap...

Both ends of the shaft are connected to the shaft with roll pins, drive out the roll pin on  either side and the shaft will slide out (might have to fight a bit of rust) and the shaft will slide through the body of the 1054. Lincoln at A to Z https://a-ztractor.com/ may be able to help you with a good used part or a new arm, part # 32 in the picture, could be fabricated by anyone with a welder, drill press and some skill. Wheel Horse part number is 2891, not sure how many other models may have used the same arm.

My reverse parts look-up shows that Arm # 2891 is only on models 953 and 1054.

Thank you so very much got a good deal on it too my daughter just happened to see what I was looking at n before I knew it she told me it would be here soon thank you again
