Redav72 231 #1 Posted February 19, 2022 Took apart the vacuum fuel pump on K-161S this afternoon to clear a scum blockage. I found that the vacuum diaphragm has a cut in it and one of the two seals for the one-way valves was missing. I had ordered a re-build kit for what I thought was the correct fuel-pump but it was the mechanical model. Has anyone had any luck finding a re-build kit for the vacuum version of the fuel pump? Otherwise does anyone have a recommendation on a diaphragm material that I could use to cut my own? I'll also need a small disc to serve as the second gate in the out side one-way valve. J854D 139 #4 Posted February 20, 2022 A company called Then & Now Automotive has had complete Kohler vacuum fuel pump repair kits available before. Their website is undergoing some upgrades & I wasn’t able to find that kit just now. Try giving them a call. There is a link to their website here on this forum. Go to Wheel Horse Reference & click on Red Square links and choose Parts Suppliers. It is under the title of Kohler metal body fuel pump repair kits.
