No horses in sight in FL, but mighty things going

My son and I flew down to central Florida this past weekend. I have a 15 year old daughter who is in Haiti now with Teen Missions International (www.teenmissions.org). She has been in Florida 2 weeks for training, and left last night for Haiti.

We did a lot of driving, and knew our way around, because my wife and I used to live in the area. We were on staff with Teen Missions. Naturally, my horse radar was on, but I never did see any red or grey. I don't think I ever did see any the entire time we lived there, either. I guess they didn't make it down that far? Anybody on here from FL, with a horse there?

If any of you have teens, and would like to see them do something life changing and worthwhile with their summer, take a look at Teen Missions. Wendy and I have extensive experience with them, and their track record is impecible. You can also look them up on utube- 48 hours did a special on them a few years ago. Even they couldn't "find dirt" on this ministry.

My uncle lived down in Florida years ago and mowed with one at some small airport. I'm not sure where, I'll find out next time I talk to him.
