This tractor has been great, when I bought it she was really really rough, she’s getting there! Below are some progress shots through her life.

next up will be to blow the old wiring out and the 8 horse and throw a 10 horse k series in it. First picture is my son on it 1 year ago

Excellent rides, those.

Is the 8 horse tired? Or are you just looking for a little more from the 10?

I have another machine I need the 8 horse for, it’s a short frame so I’m limited. This will fit the big block 10 easily.

Painted some parts that were badly rusted/pitted, including the front wheels and getting rid of the terrible silver paint

Lens cover, fresh decals and swapped the rubber seat out with a leather 3 piece seat. Next up is ripping out the 8 horse and getting the 10 horse ready to go in. I will clean up the engine bay and wiring also! Super happy with the look

Your tractor looks great !!

You might want to rethink your engine swap , pound for pound , the eight horse engines are a tough combination to beat. It will handle most any job and sips fuel doing the job.

Whichever way you go , cool looking tractor !!

I love the 8 horse, the only reason why I am swapping it, is because i need it for a short frame machine. The 10 horse big block won't fit in the short frame but will be right at home in this long frame, it will be a B-100 with a 4 speed.
