Work Horse in a Craftsman Dark Hunter Green with gold decals.

How awsome would this look?

A Work Horse with a dark hunter green paint scheme , but have custom workhorse decals made that instead of them being red with white letters, make them flat dark hunter green with GOLD letters. The caution verbiage on the hood I guess could be white.

If I could get the decals that way I would do it.  I have a GT-1642 with a 18HP new engine and it is in need of a redo.

This but in a workhorse / wheel horse:

Sounds like that combination might work.  It would certainly make some people do a double take at a show.

Remember - it is your tractor.  Build it in a way that makes you happy.

Good luck and have fun.

I'm partial to green myself but around here green is a little frowned upon on a wheel horse :hide:

Is it green in general, or just a certain shade of green that is frowned upon here?

Here is where you could get custom decals, don't think you will find one bad word about his decals!!

I always liked red trim with dark green. The NC Forestry service uses those colors, and looks great on everything.
