gwgdog66 23 #1 Posted June 15, 2009 A friend of mine has a 70 something Montgomery Ward 14 Automatic. It has an old starter gernerator on an old Cast iron block Briggs & stratton. It also has a drive shaft hooked to the flywheel going to the trans. It runs the mower deck like the older Cub Cadets do. He needs new points & condensor, and a carb kit for it. I can't locate the model number on the engine shroud anywhere. Would anyone know where I can get the model number for the engine, and what company made this tractor for Montgomery Ward?
