Anyone considering swapping motors with the carrol stream 16hp, beware.  This is NOT a simple swap.  You'll need a shaft adapter, fabricate an adapter plate to mount to the frame and raise the motor 2cm (or new shorter belts and adapt the pto clutch) The hood will not fit without adaptation to either the hood or the carb, air breather and muffler.  If you want to use the dashboard throttle and choke they'll need adapting as well.  Of course it can all be done.  Just letting others know what all they're in for.  I wouldn't have gone this route if I had known what all was involved.  Just trying to save others the time I now have to spend on it.

You can do it CHIP!!!

This is what I made today for mine. Had to raise the PTO shaft about an inch, and backspace the block as well.

Took the better part of the afternoon, but it's all downhill from here!

Are those pieces of channel welded together to make it?

holy crap a lot of action here cense I have been here. I got my 520 back from the repair shop the other day.

they were able to repair the valve seat and runs great but they said it will be the last time it can be repaired.

It was not cheap it was $600 but I trust the guy that I had do it did a good job.
