1988WheelhorseUser 1 #1 Posted July 4, 2021 Hello, I am new to the forum, and would like to ask for some help sourcing a replacement (neutral safety) switch. The original two contactor switch needs replaces, the contactors have become loose after 30 years of use and no longer make contact with the microswitch when the brake pedal is depressed (image attache). The tractor is a 1988 Wheelhorse 257-H (model 2217KE01). The original owners manual has a wiring diagram that calls this switch Neutral Switch N.O. The OEM part 111332 (Toro Parking Brake Safety Switch) has a single microswitch, however the switch on my 1988 Wheelhorse tractor has a two prong switch, there are two contactors. I am unable to find the replacement part number that would be identical to the original part. Any help would be greatly appreciated to help me source the replacement part. Thanks, Ed

gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,393 #3 Posted July 4, 2021 Yes 2 part number 111332 switches fastened together. The parts illustration at Toro shows only one switch in the illustrated parts list but the parts list shows a quantity of two for this model. Very popular switch used in different ways on many models. Garry Adding - have a better detailed wiring I will replace the one above with when I get a few minutes. This now makes more sense that there are two identical switched side by side. Your additional details are appreciated.
WHX?? 51,370 #6 Posted July 5, 2021 Check on parts tree or even perhaps a Toro dealer. They may be available yet.
