The first place to look is the 9 pin engine connector near the battery, they frequently fail.   I don't think you have a fuse block, the fuses are in several locations.  Another possibility is the ignition switch or the plug connecting it.

Go to the manuals section and download the Demystification Guide, the Owners Manual, other information there and the Onan Service manual.  These are invaluable when troubleshooting electrical issues.

After you reviewed the information and still need help, return with the exact model number and year.  Photos of the entire tractor and possible trouble areas can be a big help.

Water an electrical do not mix well  especially 520 series....Compressed air  hair dryer or time and it may work again.  But you will have to look at corrosion in various connectors.

@Jeff1129, agree with @lynnmor  on the multiple connection issue , often those connections are stress cracked and create a multiple electrical shut down , having replaced a few of the connection blocks , take the time to detail the wiring layout , no stress or wire pulling areas , use a " wire wrap " covering to protect your layout . also dielectric  grease every connection . would also , add a ground from engine corner / block area , to battery ground rail behind dash , for increased conductivity . look for electrical " streaking " marks on those multiple connectors , verify every gain and build on that , pete
