BBQ trailer Mods

I've spent the last few days working on my cooking trailer, added lights, so I can pull it @ night, modified the tongue too. The festival coming up, I'll be needing to fry some stuff, so I mounted the burner to the tongue... Just thought I'd share the pics with ya'll.

Scott...nice bussiness you got into. Ever think about making beef jurky? My wife"s cousin did that and did pretty good. You can make it before hand and package it along with your wares. :thumbs2:

taking 80 lbs of chicken and 110 lbs of Pork and 15 lbs of bologna... Shew better be some friggin hungry arse people at this deal...course it is two days..

Steve - Cant do the Jerky.. Well I could. If I had a health dept approved kitchen. Using my vending liscence...I can only serve foods cooked on site using minimal prep...stuff like hamburgers, hot dogs, etc etc

Well it'll be great once its all done. I still have to pickup the stainless counter tops, add the two sinks, water tanks, plumb it, and add a hot water heater ... Ahhh Cannot wait till its finished totally!!
