bc.gold 3,406 #1 Posted May 27, 2021 (edited) Barn find this carburetor perfect throttle body bushing and shaft decided to install on the Alis 720, installed the carburetor floods removed and disassembled found flies were causing the problem. bc.gold 3,406 #5 Posted May 28, 2021 If your having trouble getting your engine to idle properly and your air screw adjustment has no affect chances are the throttle body shaft bushing is worn. With this new to me carburetor body, my Onan has never idled as well as it does now, I'm running the older CCK vintage the fuel adjustment screw underneath the bowel is a bear with the PCV valve and fuel pump blocking the adjustment screw. I removed the plastic top PCV cover, the plastic comes off in two halves, with this removed I was able to make the fuel adjustment. Share this post Link to post Share on other sites
