Heavily modified Speedex HighBoy perhaps?? Tall spindles and frame way over the front tires holds that resemblance. 

Feel like I saw a Sears Economy once that looked a little like that too..

I can't see the tranny.. but if it's Ford Model A, as the steering looks to be.. I think early early Speedex may be a good guess.
Front tie rod and arm arent quite right though.

Could it be a Sears Handyman?

It has 16in rear wheels and a twin cylinder Wisconsin with crank start only.

Never seen a Handiman like that if they did make one. The shaft drive had the steering shaft right down the center of the hood, and the belt drive .. for one, was belt driven, and two, had the steering box right behind the front axle.

Some sort of Shaw or Speedex is my best guess. Or a mutt based off of them.

That really cool! It's very close to the same. The rear differential is a bit different and the steering arms look to be a little different also.
