This is the heat shaped keepsake we bought to hold a portion of Charlie's ashes. Its a lovely thing cast in solid brass with a screw lid on the rear.

I've never had a memorial for a per before but this looked so good I wanted to show how special Charlie was to us.

Going through some of my dog photos I came across this one of a friend's little girl. She found the dummy (comforter, to us a comforter is a woollen blanket) on a walk and picked it up. She would not be parted from it lol.

No pets at home anymore & it's gonna stay that way. 

 

Had a stray cat start hanging out at work a couple years ago. After she got pregnant a few of us paid to have her fixed & shots. She's great for rodent control & we refer to her as our workplace emotional support animal. Fortunately I work in the out buildings at plant so mgmt never comes out. My immediate boss knows she around but we hide her from upper mgmt. We named her Mama

My boy Jeffrey loves tractors, snow blowers, lawnmowers, and trailers. He loves biting the tires for some reason. He gets almost as excited as I do when starting up a Wheel Horse.

Took this random picture of Lucy at work the other day. I’ve never met a dog who seems so unimpressed by anything in my life. She just kinda looks around like “This sucks “ meanwhile she doesn’t even know how lucky she is! She’s my first female dog, now I know why they call them *******! Seriously though I love her, she’s my best friend and WE are lucky we can go to work together 👍🏻❤️

This was my boy Jesse with one of our first pheasants. I’ve only had one dog. He passed at 12 1/2 years old. I did a lot of research about bird hunting dogs and I finally decided on a Springer Spaniel. Best decision I ever made. Great hunting dog, great family dog. Only downside is he, and I assume most Springers, need constant exercise, which I was good with since I needed the exercise too! He’s been gone two years and I honestly think about him everyday. Great dog! If I ever get another dog, it will be another Springer.

A day in the life of Lucy at work. I honestly think that she thinks she has a tough life! Little does she know how lucky she really is and how many dogs would love to go to work everyday!

We've been releasing the chickens from the coop & run which is fully enclosed out to the backyard outer perimeter of the dog fence. 

They've been enjoying their newfound scratching areas. 

 

 

 

Not technically a pet here but I like em. 

This is a Spring peeper frog.
