Need a little belt help

The Tuul Crib

Since I swapped out the crank and ended up with a smaller PTO shaft I had to use a larger diameter drive pulley. The belt was a 7473 I believe 81 1/2 inches. Any ideas what belt number this may be?

953 nut

I always have some old belts hanging around and when I have a need for an odd or unknown size belt I cut and splice an old belt or belts together by drilling holes near the end and stitching the pieces with tie wire.

Another option would be to take the old belt to Tractor Supply, measure it and then get one the next larger size and one an inch longer than that, just return the one that won't fit.

This is an 82" TSC belt on a 312H.  The belt is too long.   The idler pulley flange will cut a groove in the lower belt causing it to fail.

This is an 81" TSC belt.   Much better clearance.102_2631.JPG.7bee52c710523867500e31a261451722.JPG
