Maybe headed up there in the actual poundage but your pounds per square inch is going to be far far lower

Picking colors drive me crazy. I had thought gray and black but not in camo. Something else to think over lol

I believe it was called the Snow Devil. That actually is the inspiration for this build.

Agree.

I was looking at the pinch point between seat area and rotating screws... wheels take things out the back. Still dangerous but down and out... screws will take things down and in while twisting... just an observation...

Last night I was actually looking at the same thing. I'm thinking the running boards will extend to the back of the seat when finished

Yes exactly. I may have a trailer break-away type kicking around.

The next big step is to make the rear mounting huds for the drive tubes. This is where I have had several design changes. I think I may have finally settled on one. It has to have some articulation while keeping the drive sprockets in line so not to derailed the chain. It also is fixed to the frame so the tractor half of the unit doesnt just flop over. I will try to sketch it out later and post it. Hoping someone may catch a flaw before its made.

What about those three pronged rubber couplers on, say, a hydraulic pump for a wood splitter?  Would they allow enough movement?

A Lovejoy coupler? I'm thinking PTO yokes like on a dump truck hydraulic pump. The screws are being made from 4, 100lb propane tanks. The paddles construction is still up in the air

They would but there is a length change in the screws while articulating. I would wonder if they would come apart during that.

The movement is only about an inch either way of center. My front shaft will slide in the front bearing to compensate for that but the rear joint must stay connected
