gwest_ca-(File Mod) 11,561 #1 Posted September 5, 2020 Need some help. Thought I understood the No Mow in Reverse system but the last one has me wondering. How does the over ride work or is something wrong with the labels/drawing? The over ride switch does not appear to change the status of the module. R Scheer 505 #2 Posted September 5, 2020 Is the override switch a momentary contact? If so I think the second last drawing shows when the override switch is closed, which picks up the right hand relay and it seals itself in. The last drawing shows the circuit after the switch is released. The bottom diode provides a path to ground through right hand relay, bypassing the reverse switch. That's my guess. 953 nut 60,710 #3 Posted September 5, 2020 Garry, I don't own on of these models but have read on here that the over-ride switch once activated stays the same way until the ignition is turned off. Perhaps @PeacemakerJack coulc chime in on that. You may want to add the model number to your title or spell out No Mow In Reverse Switch to draw more people in. Changed the wording a bit. The Demystification Guides for the 5xi are full of mistakes. They were put together by copy and paste and in many cases copied from the wrong tractor model.
